This February we enter an Aquarius Solar Eclipse portal — a threshold moment that asks for recalibration rather than effort, listening rather than pushing.The Weave: Body–Earth–Sky Attunement is a monthly embodied practice designed to help you meet these collective and seasonal shifts in a way the nervous system can actually digest.
Rather than predicting the future, we work with attunement — sensing what is moving through the body, the land and the wider field, and learning how to respond with steadiness and clarity.
Each session weaves together:
Clear, grounded astrology translated into lived experience
Slow, nervous-system-friendly yoga and somatic awareness
A guided sound journey (sound bath) to support regulation and integration
Simple ritual and herbal allies aligned with the season
This is a space to downshift, re-orient and re-connect — especially if you’re busy, over-stimulated, or feeling the strain of constant change.
No yoga or astrology experience is needed.
You don’t need to understand the sky — just be willing to listen to your body.
