About this Event
We carry so much in our hearts without realizing it. Not just pain — but tenderness. Longing. Gratitude. Grief. Love that has never found its way out. Emotions that never had a safe enough space to move through us the way they needed to.
This session creates that space.
Not to fix anything.
Not to heal anything.
Not to become anything.
Simply to feel.
Through breathwork, guided meditation, and deep presence — we open the heart gently and intentionally.
As part of this gathering, we will share a warm cup of ceremonial cacao together.
This is not a cacao ceremony, but rather a gentle introduction to cacao as a heart-centered practice. For me, cacao has long been a companion for slowing down, connecting with my breath, and listening more deeply to what is alive within. It is a practice rooted in both presence and personal memory—one that reminds me of evenings spent with family, sharing stories, laughter, and cups of cacao under the night sky.
Together, we will explore a simple ritual of sipping cacao, breathing, and turning our attention inward. My hope is not only to share this experience with you, but to inspire a practice you can carry home—whether enjoyed in solitude, with a partner, a friend, or gathered around a table with loved ones.
Sometimes the most meaningful rituals are also the simplest.

Some feel grief. Some feel peace. Some feel both at once.
Some simply feel held — maybe for the first time in a long time.

For anyone who feels things deeply but rarely has a safe space to let those feelings breathe.
This session is not about opening wounds. It is about creating enough warmth and safety that whatever has been waiting inside you finally feels seen. Finally feels held. Finally feels free to move.
You do not need experience with meditation or breathwork.
You just need to show up.
