Arcady is pleased to present The Walter MacNutt Prize Inaugural Concert on September 14, 2024, at 4:00pm. This unique celebration of music by Onatrio’s legacy and new generation composers will take place in MacNutt’s own parish home, St. Thomas’s Anglican Church on Huron Street. Arcady is especially honoured to premiere a new piece by the inaugural winner of this prize, Ronald Beckett. Music by Walter MacNutt, Godfrey Ridout, Healey Willan, and multiple emerging composers will also be performed by Arcady’s professional chorus and string quinet and the Choir of St. Thomas's Church.
