هدفنا من الطلعة دي التدريب بالأساس وزيادة قوة التحمل في الهايكينج استعدادا للجبال الصعبة عموما .
من خلال تحصيل ارتفاع كبير- مسافة كبيرة على مدار اليوم ، ..
الطلعات مناسبة لأصحاب اللياقة البدنية العالية / ذوي الخبرة في رياضة الهايكينج / المهتمين بالتدريب / محبي التحدي والطلعات الصعبة عموما ..
أو لو بتتدرب لطلعتنا الجاية في جبال سانت كاترين
غير مناسبة للمبتدئين أو أول مرة هايكينج ( لو ملحقتش الجروب أو اختلفت عن مسار الجروب أو سرعته؛ العودة للبوابة في الطلعات دي على مسؤوليتك عشان بنكون في عمق الوادي والتزامنا بمسار اليوم )
المسافة الكلية حوالي +30 كيلو متر ونسبة مرتفعات تتجاوز 800 متر.
هتحتاج
كاب (ضروري) 🧢
واقي الشمس ☀
ما يكفي من الماء (3 لتر) 💦
أكل خفيف (تمر /مكسرات/ فواكه مجففة/ خيار/.. إلخ 🍫
الكثير من اللياقة البدنية والصبر 🤸🏻♂️😁
التجمع أمام البوابة الساعة 8:00 صباحًا ، ونتحرك في الساعة 8:30 صباحًا ، وننتهي حوالي الساعة 6 ونص مساءا. إن شاء الله
لا يلزم الحجز ، لو شروط الطلعة تنطبق عليك فقط نورنا في الموعد المحدد. 🤩✌🏻
In this event we are focusing on training and gaining elevation .. These event are general, not specific to any particular mountain. If you are a tough, strong, experienced hiker who is interested in a hardcore hike, or a hiker who wants to challenge, upgrade his level or just attend a tough training hike, then you are in the right place. They are designed for experienced hikers who are looking for a challenge. (Suitable for you if you're training for our next hike in Saint Catherine Mountains )
Please note that these events are not suitable at all for beginner or first-time hikers. If you miss the group or NOT catching up with the group's trail or pace, the return to the gate on these events is at your own responsibility. :D
The hike will be approximately 30+ kilometers long and will gain an elevation of 800 m. You will need to bring the following items:
A cap 🧢
Sunscreen ☀
Enough water 💦
Light snacks 🍫
Your fitness (you're going to need it!) 🤸🏻♂️😁
We will gather at the gate at 8:00 AM, move at 8:30 AM, and end around 6:30 PM. Insha'Allah
