Reconnect with yourself through song. Nurture and celebrate your voice in a women's circle. A space to express, not to impress!
About this Event

Join me in person for a journey to reconnect with your voice. This three-hour workshop is a soulful, playful exploration of your voice = yourself:)

Step 1: Icebreaker & Grounding

We will begin with gentle icebreakers and grounding practices to help us feel safe with one another and in the space.

Discovering your voice doesn't mean stepping outside your comfort zone, it means expanding it. Together, we will move through the space with curiosity and joy, honouring every small sound and every act of acceptance toward the many colours of your voice.

Step 2: Preparing the Body

Next, we will prepare our bodies to embrace our voices. Through gentle, intuitive movement, we will awaken the resonators of your instrument and open it to the fullness of sound.

Step 3: Voice Exploration

Then we will dive into voice exercises that celebrate every layer of your voice.

Your voice serves you in the best way it can, carrying the whisper of your soul into the world: sometimes quiet, sometimes loud, sometimes tense, sometimes free. We will meet many layers of your voice: loud, soft, gentle, powerful, tense, withdrawn, and explore the deep connection between body and voice.

There is no wrong way to make a sound here. You are the expert on your own voice. We are simply discovering what happens when we allow it to speak.

Step 4: Singing Circle

Finally, we will celebrate our discoveries through singing.

You don't need to know how to sing. I will gently guide us through songs, and together we will create a space where singing becomes an act of celebration: guided by your guts rather than by expectations of perfect pitch.

Who this is for:

This workshop is for you if:

  • You want to explore self-expression in a safe, non-judgmental space
  • You feel shy, blocked, or disconnected from your voice
  • You love singing but feel self-conscious
  • You’re curious about embodiment, creativity, or inner exploration
  • You simply want to try something new and meaningful

What you’ll leave with:
  • A deeper connection to your voice
  • Greater confidence in self-expression
  • A sense of release and openness
  • Tools to continue exploring your voice beyond the workshop
  • Your own short song:)

No Experience Needed

You don’t need to be able to sing.

You don’t need to sound “good.”

You don’t need to perform.

This is a space to express, not to impress.

This is a beautiful journey: a space to explore, and celebrate the fullness of your voice and your wild, authentic self.

Come and give yourself this gift. Step into a space where your voice can sound as it wants to.

Spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 participants.

See you there!

About me:
Ola Carpe

I'm passionate about helping people reconnect with their voices and discover the joy of singing. Through workshops, singing circles, and ritual-inspired practices, I create playful, supportive spaces where every voice is welcomed, honoured, and heard.

At the age of 20, I lost my voice, and that was the moment I realised how important it truly was to me. With the help of doctors, voice teachers, and later through my own exploration, I found my way back. Today, I can honestly say that I feel deeply connected to my voice.

Five years ago, I started writing my own songs, and it transformed the way I use my voice. I discovered that my voice serves me best when I use it to speak and sing my truth.

I hold an MA in Linguistics and Music, and I love weaving words and melody together. I am a practising musician and performer, and I bring both my professional experience and my personal journey into the spaces I create.
