The Visit is a play about a wealthy woman named Claire who returns to her impoverished hometown with a proposal: she will give the town a billion dollars if they will K*ll the man who wronged her in their youth. The play explores themes of revenge, justice, money, and morality as the townspeople, despite their initial horror, are ultimately corrupted by the promise of wealth and carry out the murder of Alfred Ill, the man who betrayed Claire.
