The fragility of roses, the passing from night to dawn, and the transformational power of love and music poetically lead the listener on a journey which ends in gratitude and joy.Featured works include:

Geoffrey Riley reprises the role of Mozart for two of Mozart’s most impressive choruses, and a set of American folk songs highlighted by Dolly Parton’s “Light of a clear blue morning” brings us to Ricky Ian Gordon’s jubilant setting of Langston Hughes’ optimistic poem, “Joy”.
