In 2025, we launched The Village Chamber Choir — a 28-voice ensemble directed by Claire Butterfield, and born from the same spirit that has shaped The Village Choir into the thriving vocal community it is today.
Where The Village Choir celebrates the joy of singing for all, The Village Chamber Choir turns its focus to the rich traditions of classical and contemporary choral music, giving singers the opportunity to engage with more challenging repertoire.
This concert marks a milestone: it is our very first full show as an ensemble, having only come to life in September. We are proud to add this new group to the choral fabric of Victoria, and are looking forward to sharing our program with you!
