In a world that often values image over authenticity, A Place To Be is celebrating what it means to be real, bringing the children’s classic The Velveteen Rabbit to life with performances featuring 13 A Place To Be clients.
The disability-inclusive show’s central message reflects A Place To Be’s own purpose: to create a community where everyone is seen, accepted and loved as their authentic selves.
The Velveteen Rabbit will be presented in A Place To Be’s Mars-Schmidt theater in the Village at Leesburg, 1600 Village Market Blvd., Suite 108, Leesburg, VA 20175.
Show dates and times are:
- Friday, Mar. 20 at 7:00 pm
- Saturday, Mar. 21 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm*
