Event Terms, Conditions & Liability Waiver
VDub Hub Northern Nevada SummerFest – June 7, 2026

1. Event Overview
   This event will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at El Chino Restaurant (South Virginia Plaza, Reno, NV). Event hours are approximately 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
2. Registration and Entry
   Pre-registration is strongly encouraged and space is limited. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer (or 5 days prior to event). Event organizers reserve the right to limit or refuse entry at their discretion.
3. Vehicle Requirements
   This event is open to Volkswagen vehicles. All vehicles must be in safe operating condition. All participating vehicles must have current registration and valid insurance.
4. Parking and Event Flow
   Vehicles must follow all directions from event staff for parking and placement. No vehicles may block entrances, fire lanes, or business access points. Once parked, vehicles must remain in place until approved departure for safety reasons.
5. Conduct and Safety
   No burnouts, reckless driving, or unsafe behavior are permitted. No excessive noise, revving, or disruptive conduct is allowed. This is a family-friendly event and respectful behavior is required at all times. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
6. Awards and Activities
   Awards, raffles, vendors, and activities may be offered but are subject to change at any time without notice.
7. Charity Component
   This event supports the Canine Rehabilitation Center & Cat Sanctuary (CRCCS). Participation in raffles or fundraising activities is voluntary.
8. Photography and Media Release
   By attending, participants grant permission for photos and video to be taken and used for promotional purposes without compensation.
9. Weather Policy
   This is a rain-or-shine event. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by the organizer.
10. Liability Waiver
    By registering for or attending this event, participants agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers, venue, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all liability for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property. Participation is at your own risk.
11. Event Changes
    The organizer reserves the right to modify event details, layout, schedule, or participation limits at any time to ensure safety and event success.
