Join us for a FREE outdoor F45 workout on the lawn at Rancharrah on June 7! Experience the high-energy cardio and strength hybrid training that’s taken the world by storm — all in a fun outdoor setting with the coaches from F45 Reno.

This 45-minute community workout is open to all fitness levels and is the perfect chance to move, sweat, and connect. Whether you’re an F45 member, curious about trying your first class, or just looking for an energizing way to kick off your weekend, we’d love to have you there.
