THE VALLEY and UUCY Social Justice Committee warmly invite you to Peacetide ☮️GratiVent — a pleading for Peace☮️, airings of Gratitude🙏🏼 , and a celebration of all God’s creations. Peacetide☮️ GratiVent also honors brave-hearted, emerging leaders. It’s also a birthday of the nation’s first official Thanksgiving on December 18. In 1777, exiled Continental Congress proclaimed December 18, on a Thursday just as this year’s December 18, to be a day of National Thanksgiving. Written by Patriot-Delegate Sam Adams, it reads, in part: “With one heart and one voice the good people may express the grateful feelings of their hearts.” 249 years later, on this upcoming Thursday, December 18, we honor One Heart, One Beloved Community from many hearts of resilience and strength like yours with People Power Patriots 🇺🇸 like YOU.

All 🔥 in the Sunroom approaching winter solstice eve, the longest night of 2025, honor & meet Angelic Justice Warriors freshly arrested by Capitol Police, newly elected officials who’ve joined THE VALLEY Fun Bunch Resistance, and other luminaries🕯️.
