Up-and-coming financial whiz Graham Krakowski (film legend Bill Paxton) is eying a promotion and looking to get his life started with his visiting girlfriend Edie (Mitzi Kapture). The first step? Buy a house! He's quickly convinced by a quirky real estate agent (Colleen Camp) to secure a fixer-upper in new development that happens to be across the street from a nasty-looking abandoned lot inhabited by a particularly unsettling character - THE VAGRANT. As this unwanted entity slowly encroaches on Grant's peace of mind - and then INTO HIS HOUSE - he begins losing his grip on his property, his sanity, and his buttoned-up life!
This June, we're bringing you an underseen madcap and macabre horror/comedy from Chris Walas - the special-effects wizard behind Gremlins, The Fly, and Arachnophobia - and Richard Jeffries - the writer of Bloodtide and Scarecrows. It's a fairly recent discovery of early-90s yuppy paranoia cinema that serves up some very grotesque moments and increasingly dark comedy; and we're very excited for you to discover it yourself!
