Join us at the Indianapolis Urban League for a live cooking demonstration of air-fried; chicken, green beans, and cauliflower. Raffling off three Cuisinart 4.5 Quart Air-Friers. Must be present to win.
All participants will sample the dishes while learning healthier ways to prepare classic dishes, use fresh vegetables, and recipe tips for healthier eating on a budget.
