The Unity of The 1,000 is a free outdoor community gathering hosted by Golden Army Fitness at the Long Meadow in Prospect Park, Brooklyn, New York.

This event is for everyone the fathers, the mothers, the elders, the children, the builders, the healers, the entrepreneurs, and the ones who have ever felt alone in their journey.

You are not alone. And on Sunday May 31st, 2026 we prove it together.

Whether you are a father, a sister, an entrepreneur, an elder, or someone who has been building alone you belong here. The Unity of The 1,000 is built on one belief when people come together with purpose, love, and collective focus, real change becomes possible.

VOLUNTEER REGISTRATION:

We are looking for passionate community members to help make this event a success. As a volunteer you will help with:

Guest welcome and registration

Event setup and breakdown

Community activity coordination

Resource table support

General event assistance

Golden Army Fitness was founded over 15 years ago on a simple but powerful belief we don't punish. We rebuild. Body. Mind. Spirit.

What started as a free community jogging group in 2020 has grown into a holistic wellness movement serving individuals and families across New York City and beyond. The Unity of The 1,000 is the next chapter of that mission.
