The Underground Lock Up Ghost Hunt ( Hereford)

HISTORY

The building was originally Hereford City Gaol and opened in 1841, the Gaol was used up until 1877 and housed 250-300 inmates per year.

It was also a House of Correction, Magistrates Court, Police Station, Fire Station and a Civil Defence Bunker

We have access to the basement area underneath this building , this a fairly good sized area of unused rooms, walkways, nooks and crannies and a cluster of original Pr*son cells , also the original closed off staircase going up to the Courts, the area has been adapted over the years to suit several different uses , however you can still see the rooms that were some of the cells.

You will only have access to the basement area , not the offices and rooms above.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY

The area is rumoured to be haunted with reports of uneasy feelings and unexplained noises , only a couple of paranormal investigations have ever been held here so this is an exciting and rare opportunity.

This venue is in the town centre with neighbouring Pubs and Clubs so there maybe noise disturbance

The venue isn't suitable for anyone with mobility issues due to stairs going down into the basement
