On Oct. 23rd at the American Legion in Willmar, author Alex Messenger will be talking about his book The Twenty-Ninth Day after dinner. Doors open at 5:00 pm, with a meal of burgers & fries starting at 5:30 pm. Alex will talk from from 6:00-6:55 pm and there will be a Q & A and as well as time for book signings at 7:00 pm.
Tickets will be available at the Willmar Public Library. The Pre-Sale Tickets for only Friends of the WPL Members become available on Sept 29th from 10 am - 3 pm and Sept 30th from 1 - 6 pm for $20.00. Members can buy two tickets. From Oct. 2nd-13th, all tickets are $25.00 per person. There will be no online sales, nor tickets sold at the door.
