The Trail Running Film Festival is coming back to Georgia!Summit Run Co is excited to once again bring the Festival back to our community on April 12th at Slow Pour Brewing in Lawrenceville.
Join us for a night of celebration and inspiration with a group run, raffle prizes, and of course, The Films!
We're excited to show you stories from around the world by filmmakers sharing their work of adventure, inclusivity, wilderness, art, and diversity across the trail and ultra community.

THE FILMS
The 2025 Trail Running Film Festival presents inspiring stories of endurance, resilience, and personal growth. *Elite Heart* follows Callie Vinson, a body-positive woman aiming to complete a 100-mile race, promoting diversity and inclusivity in trail running. *The Pointe Pessey* showcases Iris, a determined woman from France, as she attempts a record climb, reflecting on freedom and her love for the mountains. *Our Terrain* explores the community of ultra-runners in Missouri, where a tornado tests their limits during a 100-mile race. *Talk to Frank* tells the heartwarming story of Frank the cocker spaniel and his owner Maleek, who heal together through running in the mountains. *We Are Here. We Run Long.* highlights a camp for BIPOC trail runners, emphasizing diversity and inclusion in the sport. Lastly, *Halfway to Crazy* follows ultra-runner Candice Burt’s journey attempting to set a record on the Arizona Trail, exploring the physical and mental challenges of pushing her limits.
