The Tin Table | 4 Course Fundraising Dinner for the Milford Food Bank

The evening’s menu, presented in cans, tins, and aluminum containers, highlights the creativity and versatility of these everyday items while emphasizing the importance of collecting non-perishables this holiday season. A portion of the evening’s proceeds supports the Milford Food Bank, whose mission is to "connect folks to food," serving households of all sizes and individuals in need. Guests are encouraged to bring a canned good to receive a complimentary drink, fostering the spirit of giving during this holiday season.

The meal will be served family-style, inviting guests to share, enjoy, and discuss each dish together.

AUTUMN GREENS

arugula & mustard greens, apples, pears, pomegranate, pumpkin seeds, feta, cider vinaigrette

SPICY SHRIMP ON TOAST

Jalapeño, lime, garlic butter, herbs

FRIED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

Miso-honey vinaigrette, sea salt

POLENTA & MUSHROOM RAGU

Pecorino, truffle essence, microgreens

PACCHERI & LAMB BOLOGNESE

Slow cooked meat sauce, pecorino, breadcrumbs

SALTED CARAMEL POT DE CRÈME

Vanilla whipped cream

After dinner, DJ Eric Otero will kick off the afters blending timeless tracks and spinning your favorite hits on vinyl. Guests who bring a canned good will also receive an additional complimentary drink during the post-dinner festivities.
