The Tickled Pink Comedy Tour™ brings a night of clean, side-splitting comedy to the Central Park Performing Arts Center (CPPAC) on Friday, November 21, at 8pm. Nationally recognized comedians Anita Renfroe, Danny Johnson, and Vien the Comic Doc bring sharp wit and relatable stories that leave audiences wanting more.
The Tickled Pink Comedy Tour™ has been entertaining audiences across the country with its fresh, family-friendly approach to stand-up. Anita Renfroe’s comedy career spans decades. She was a featured comedy correspondent for Good Morning America. She’s performed at The Grand Ole Opry, and has had many television appearances including, “Oprah and Friends.” Her brand of clean humor has landed many corporate roles, including one as a spokesperson for Kraft, Procter & Gamble/Luvs, Got Milk, Kroger/Pepsi, and more.
The funny continues with Danny Johnson’s hilarious, clean comedy that has entertained audiences in comedy clubs, corporate events, and churches nationwide for over 15 years. His work as a stand-up comedian has been humbly compared to Jerry Seinfeld, Kevin James, and Jackie Gleason, blending his original material with his now renowned facial expressions. Danny has had the pleasure of sharing the stage with Chris Rock, Damon Wayans, Bob Saget, and others. Recently, Danny filmed NateLand Live, the brainchild of Nate Bargatze, at the famous Zanies Comedy Club in Nashville, TN.
Dr. Vien Phommachanh is a practicing ear, nose, and throat doctor by day, and a hilarious stand-up comic by night. Vien has shared his special gift in numerous comedy festivals, including World Comedy Expo, Clean Comedy Challenge, Main Event of the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, NV, and more. This Comic Doc's DryBar Comedy special is one of the most popular on the site. In addition to being a favorite of Tickled Pink Comedy Tour, Vien is currently touring with the “Heroes Off Duty” and “White Collar Comedy Tours.”
Tickets range from $35-$50, plus applicable fees, with Reserved Stadium and Orchestra Seating. A Meet and Greet is also available for $50. Visitors must purchase a show ticket to attend the Meet and Greet.
