Facilitated by an Integrative Psychotherapist who has nearly 20 years of working with women challenged by diet culture, and a Somatic Experiencing therapist.
This 7- week experience is a doorway into remembering the Soul before the programming about our body, psyche and essence, while engaging with the body as a portal to reconnecting with who we were before we were told who to be.
