- A lifestyle plan Dr. Pala calls the “don’t get it” cancer prevention plan
- Everyday habits that support health and well-being
- Practical ideas to help you begin making healthier choices

Dr. Pala is going to walk through how, unfortunately, so many people get diagnosed with cancer. Stats show that 50% of people will get cancer in their lifetime. Most of us know someone that has been impacted by cancer.
Cancer is so common, but common doesn’t equal normal. We are going to actually walk through how cancer builds and how certain pH in your blood creates cancer versus kills it.
