It's that strange, sometimes uncomfortable, but incredibly powerful space between what was and what's next.
Welcome to The Threshold. ✨
Join Beth and Amanda for an immersive Reiki-Infused Sound Journey centered around embracing change, trusting yourself, and finding peace in the unknown.
Through a beautiful blend of Reiki energy, singing bowls, tuning forks, drums, chimes, and the soothing sounds of the ocean drum, we'll create a space where you can slow down, quiet the outside world, and reconnect with yourself.
This journey isn't about having all the answers, forcing change, or figuring out your next move. It's about honoring everything that has brought you to this moment, allowing yourself to simply be where you are, and opening your heart to the possibilities of who you're becoming.
Throughout the experience, sound and Reiki will be woven together with the intention of encouraging relaxation, reflection, and a deeper connection to your own inner wisdom.
Following the journey, we'll gather for an Integration Circle, where everyone is welcome to share their experiences, reflections, and any intuitive impressions or messages that may have come through during the session.
No experience with Reiki, meditation, or sound healing is necessary. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
What to Bring: We have a limited number of mats, blankets, and pillows available, but you're more than welcome to bring your own! Feel free to bring whatever helps you get cozy and comfortable throughout the journey.
You don't have to know what's on the other side to be ready to walk through the door. 💜
