Join Beth Cosi of Dwell Somatic Studio and Krissy Barry of Mind Music Tarot for a thoughtfully curated morning inspired by the symbolism of Lion's Gate, a modern spiritual tradition that invites us to pause, reflect, and reconnect with courage, intuition, and authentic alignment.
We'll begin by exploring the story and symbolism of Lion's Gate before participating in a manifestation ritual to clarify what we're ready to call into our lives. Guided by the Strength card from the tarot, we'll then move into a gentle somatic movement practice designed to help you listen to the wisdom of your body and cultivate a deeper relationship with yourself.
Following movement, we'll share blue lotus tea: a flower long associated with renewal, contemplation, and spiritual transformation in ancient Egypt. Together we'll slow down, journal, and reflect on what has shifted before gathering for a guided four-card Lion's Gate tarot spread. Whether you experience tarot as a mirror for self-reflection, a conversation with spirit, or a glimpse into possible paths ahead, the cards offer an opportunity to deepen intuition, gain insight, and explore the threshold you're being invited to cross.
We'll close our time together with a collective ritual and blessing, carrying our intentions across the threshold and into the season ahead.
