About this Event
A 2-hour guided and intentional experience for reflection, healing, and connection in honor of the 25-year remembrance of 9/11, facilitated by Omayra (Maya) Rivera, Co-Founder of The Healing Threads Wellness Collective.
This experience also includes access to a self-guided photography exhibit documenting the recovery efforts at Ground Zero through the lens of official Ground Zero photographer Gary Marlon Suson.
With a background in life purpose coaching, community wellness, and photography, Omayra’s work is rooted in reflection, resilience, and human connection. Having experienced September 11th firsthand and later supporting response efforts in Lower Manhattan, she brings a deeply personal understanding of healing, remembrance, and creating intentional spaces for community.
She is guided by lived experience and a commitment to creating spaces where people can reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention.
