Nick and Nora Charles, preparing to celebrate New Year's, find themselves embroiled in another murder mystery - with one of Nora's relatives considered a suspect.
Why we're showing it: Based on a Dashiell Hammett novel, The Thin Man was a smash hit upon release, nominated for four Academy Awards and producing five sequels. The chemistry between stars William Powell and Myrna Loy is some of the best ever put on film. After the Thin Man (Showing Jan. 17) continues their adventures, bringing legendary actor James Stewart to the fold.
