The Thames Valley Business & Community Awards 2025

Over 350 business people are expected to attend a fabulous evening of recognition and celebration at The Hilton -Reading. We will be celebrating all nominees who have been entered into this year's awards and will be announcing the final winners. All of our guests will be treated to an evening of exceptional food, drink and high-quality live band entertainment with a very inspirational keynote speaker.

We are holding the award ceremony on 31st January 2025 (4 pm / 9 pm) as it will be a great start to the year for both nominees and winners. They can celebrate and showcase their award throughout the coming year.

• 4.00pm: Champagne Prior the Opening of the Awards Ceremony
• 4.45pm: Awards Officially Open—all guests make their way into the ballroom.
  The band are playing, and our hosts welcomes and addresses guests.
• 5.00pm: Our hosts introduce Judges / Charities with opening game and
  introduced Judges
• 5.15pm: Dinner Service Begins & Live Entertainment Performances
• 6.15pm: Our hosts runs another charity game giving you an opportunity to
  fundraise.
• 6.30pm: Dinner / Inspirational Keynote
• 7.10pm: Award Announcement: Outstanding Contribution to the Community Award
• 7.15pm: Award Announcement: Lifetime of Achievement Award sponsored
• 7.20pm: Award Announcement: Charity of The Year Award
• 7.25pm: Award Announcement: Leisure & Tourism Award
• 7.30pm: Our hosts will be running the charity auction
• 8.00pm: Award Announcement: Networker of The Year Award
• 8.05pm: Award Announcement: Apprentice of The Year Award
• 8.10pm: Award Announcement: Young Entrepreneur of The Year Award
• 8.15pm: Award Announcement: Female Entrepreneur of The Year Award
• 8.20pm: Awards Announcement: Male Entrepreneur of The Year Award
• 8.25pm: Awards Announcement: Business Leader of The Year Award
• 8.30pm: Awards Announcement: Innovator of The Year Award
