The Tennessee ESOP CEO Roundtable
About this Event
Leading an employee-owned company comes with opportunities and challenges that are hard to address in a general business forum. The Tennessee ESOP CEO Roundtable is being created as a trusted, CEO-led space for leaders of employee-owned companies to exchange experience, ask candid questions, and build relationships with peers who understand the work.
This founding gathering will bring together a small group of current ESOP CEOs and Presidents to help shape the roundtable's purpose, membership model, meeting cadence, and priorities. Discussion may include topics such as governance, valuation, repurchase obligations, leadership succession, employee ownership culture, strategic planning, financial communication, and other issues raised by participants.
The group is designed to be in person, confidential, and peer-focused. Meetings will not be recorded. Outside service providers will not participate in peer discussion except when members request a specific subject-matter expert for a defined topic.
TNCEO will serve as convener and administrative partner. The CEOs who participate will shape the agenda and member experience.

Registration is requested so TNCEO can maintain an appropriately sized, peer-focused gathering. Attendance is subject to confirmation to preserve the intended CEO-to-CEO format.
