Band Bio: The Tenderbellies
THE TENDERBELLIES are a Vermont-based string band that seamlessly blends Americana, bluegrass, new grass, jazz, and rock. Their music ranges from bold and brazen to delicate and somber, through tightly arranged songs and improvisational exploration.
The Tenderbellies’ have also been recognized as one of Vermont’s finest, winning the Seven Days “Seven Daisies” Award for Best Bluegrass Group in Vermont six times, a testament to their beloved place in the local music scene. Their latest album, “One By One”, released in 2022, is the culmination of over a decade of gigging and songwriting.
