BIO's---ANTISELF:From his beginnings digging for vinyl in his hometown of Bournemouth to gaining international acclaim, Blair Thomson, A.K.A Antiself, has established a significant path in electronic music. His early influences ranged from reggae to drum & bass, and he honed his DJ skills during a weekly residency in Plymouth before co-founding the long-running club night dance!dance!dance! A move to Birmingham exposed him to the city's harder, industrial techno sound, which became a new source of inspiration.
Under the alias Boglin, he found success with production partner Loukas Pour-Hashemi, releasing on labels like Lenny Dee's Hard Electronic and receiving support from major artists such as Dax J, Carl Cox, and I Hate Models.Now focused on his solo project as Antiself, Blair continues to release on respected labels like Filth Infatuated Digital, Digital Mind and Bass Agenda. His work is earning recognition from some of the most influential figures in the scene, with his latest releases gaining support from Cristian Varela and Laurent Garnier. NESS partied in the 80s, embracing the whole electro/synth pop vibe. She went wild in the 90s rave scene (acid house, happy hardcore, techno, jungle) she could often be found stomping on the dancefloor at the Dreamscape/Obsession/Dance Planet/Truth/Fantasia raves.Like a lot of others, she got bogged down in a "normal life" for way too long but managed to break free and started dipping her toes back in the club scene in 2017.NESS loves the whole Techno and House vibes of today and started playing around with mixing towards the end of 2023, she very quickly became obsessed. In February 2025 NESS had her first exposure to playing on proper club gear in a club environment at Open Deck nights and today she organises them weekly. NESS has played at quite a few events of various genres in and around Exeter and Plymouth, she always brings her passion and energy to the DJ booth.She's absolutely living her best life! Over the past 3 years Ben has become a resident for Plymouths fast rising Techno brand Spektra, which has seen him on some formidable lineups alongside 999999999, I Hate Models and Charlie Sparks to name a few, which also saw him play one of the last techno events at Motion in Bristol. Ben has also held residencies for Techno brands ‘SIN' (Strength In Numbers) and Choose Techno which saw him share the stage with Gary Beck, Spektre and The Yellowheads, also becoming a staple part of the Cornish underground party scene, running stages at The Masked Ball, Frendzy and more.His influences stemmed from and continue to stem from the likes of Ben Klock, Speedy J, DJ Rush, Dax J and Rodhad to name a few, and the hunger for following these kind of artists grew from regularly flocking to the likes of Awakenings, Time Warp and BPM festival year after year.
