Something is being asked of us right now that no one prepared us for. Not just resilience. Not just coping. But the capacity to remain fully alive — present, feeling, open — in a world that so easily pulls us into survival mode. This is precisely the moment the teachings of Tantra were made for.Early-Bird is $225 and ends on 5/24.
The Tantric Art of Savoring Life is a full-day immersive experience rooted in the living tradition of non-dual Trika Tantra. This path invites us not to transcend our experience, but to enter it so fully that we discover who we are is both the source of every experience and untouched by any of it. The doorway into that discovery is simple and radical: learning to truly savor life. Not just the easy parts. All of it.
The day unfolds around a sensory altar — fragrant, beautiful, and filled with food we’ll share together. Through three layers of practice, you’ll begin by invoking the five sense goddesses of sight, sound, smell, touch, and taste, discovering what it feels like to experience life directly, without the filter of judgment or story. From there, you’ll bring that same presence to aversions, patterns, and experiences you may not have fully allowed yourself to savor. Finally, you’ll apply this sacred practice to whatever you’re carrying, whether it be a personal challenge, a relationship, or simply the weight of living in this moment in history.
You’ll leave not only with insight, but with a lived map you’ve walked yourself — a practice you can return to for every flavor of life: the tender and the terrible, the ordinary and the extraordinary.
No background in Tantra required — only a willingness to show up fully. Space is intentionally limited.
Lisa Witter has walked the yogic path for over 30 years — not as a scholar, but as someone who has taken these teachings into the marrow of her own life. As a non-dual Tantric meditation teacher, psycho-spiritual counselor, and founder of the Tantric Arts Collective, she has devoted herself to deep study within both the Trika and Sri Vidya traditions. She has studied directly under Christopher Wallis and currently studies with Sri Yuganandanatha of Sri Vidya Tantra Peedam, Stanishwar Timilsina of the Vimarsha Foundation, and the Swami Lakshmanjoo Academy. She is an initiated Kriyaban in the Ananda lineage of Paramahansa Yogananda.
She is a practice-forward teacher who makes complex philosophy accessible without losing its rigor or its essence, and brings three decades of experience as a life coach and spiritual counselor into everything she teaches, which means the psychological and the spiritual are never separate in her work. What you get with Lisa is someone fully living what she teaches.
Off the meditation cushion, Lisa logs long rides throughout the Northern California hills, shares her life with her husband — a tabla player with four decades of devotion to classical Indian music — and counts her twenty-four year old daughter as her greatest joy.
