Global Running Fest is back — and bigger than ever. Join us at Sports Basement Berkeley on Sunday, May 31 for a full day celebrating road and trail running, Bay Area community, and giving back. Whether you're lacing up for a run or just coming to soak it all in, this one's for everyone.

Event Schedule

• 9:00 AM -Runner check-in & demo fittings
• 9:20 AM- Warm up with Surbhi
• 9:30 AM - 5K Road Run & Trail Run begin
• 9:45 AM - Kids Run (up to 1 mile)
• 10:00 AM–3:00 PM - Festival open to all
• 11:00 AM- First raffle drawing
• All day - DJ, raffles, demos, tasty food, beer & community

Know Before You Run — Routes & Waiver

Both runs are self-supported — no aid stations, no course marshals on route. Come prepared with water, fuel, and your route downloaded ahead of time. Each runner is responsible for their own navigation on course.

📍 5K Road Run Route — STRAVA LINK 3.86 mi | 154 ft gain | Easy A smooth out-and-back up Milvia St. — flat, fast, and friendly. Head north through the heart of Berkeley and turn around whenever you like. Great for all paces.

🏔️ Trail Run Route — STRAVA LINK 4.76 mi | 1,072 ft gain | Hard Clark Kerr Trail → Panoramic Way → East West Trail. A legit East Bay climb with ridgeline views and a fast return. Turn around whenever you want — run your own adventure. Trail shoes recommended.
