The Tales of Beatrix Potter Afternoon Tea Fundraiser

The Johnson County Public Library Foundation is proud to announce our first annual afternoon tea fundraiser - a charming afternoon bringing together community members and donors to support funding the Explore Summer Endowment, so the Library's beloved summer learning program may be funded in perpetuity. This year's tea party will also honor members of the Silver Tree Society.

Thanks to an incredible donor, all proceeds from ticket sales, silent auction items sold, and table sponsorships will 100% support the Explore Summer Endowment this year!
Tickets includes a three-course afternoon tea service and a performance featuring the talented Debra Miller, who portrays Beatrix Potter.

Become a Mr. Jeremy Fisher Sponsor
A Mr. Jeremy Fisher Sponsorship is a meaningful way to invest in the future of Explore Summer, with 100% of your sponsorship supporting the Explore Summer Endowment. Sponsors at this $250 level donation will be honored at the afternoon tea.
Purchase Handcrafted Pottery
Reserve a special keepsake with one of our handcrafted pottery vases or teabag holders, created especially for the afternoon tea. These beautiful pieces are available for purchase whether or not you're attending the event, and 50% of every pottery sale will benefit the Explore Summer Endowment. Purchased pottery may be picked up at the JCPL branch of your choice after November 16.
Purchase Items from the Silent Auction
Check in a few weeks before the event – an amazing silent auction will be held and open to anyone in the community wanting to support the Explore Summer Endowment. If you cannot attend the event, auction winners can pick up their items after November 16 at any JCPL location.
