You’re not behind. You just haven’t had time to sit down and fix it. That’s what this morning is for.
The Systems Lounge is a small, in-person workshop for coaches and service providers who want their backend to feel simple, connected, and done. This isn’t a lecture you take notes on and forget. We cover it together, then you build it in the room with me there to help.
What we’ll cover
- Your tech stack: which tools you actually need, which you can cut, and how they should connect
- CRM essentials: inquiry forms, booking, contracts, invoices, and onboarding in one flow
- How to stop recreating the same documents for every new client
Then we work
Open your laptop and start building. Set up or clean up your CRM, map your client journey, or fix the one thing that’s been bugging you for months. I’ll be there to answer questions and help you get unstuck.
