Some mornings just call for good coffee and a slow board game that reminds you it is okay to breathe a little. On Thursday December 18 from 9 to 11 at The Sweet Lair, a few of us will be stepping away from the usual rush to share a cup of coffee and a game or two with anyone who wants to pull up a chair.
It is nothing fancy. Just neighbors talking, laughing, and trying to remember the rules to games we have not played since we were kids. If you have ever wanted to sit down with an officer in a setting where the only thing on the table is a deck of cards and a muffin, this is your moment.
