Join Raising Me & Mine for The Sweet Gathering an afternoon of creativity, connection and cake!

Come and spend a few hours with other mums and women, creating something sweet while enjoying good conversation, games and community.

Your ticket includes a 1-hour cake decorating experience led by our Head Cake Decorator, where you’ll learn the skills to decorate your very own 4-inch Red Velvet cake and, of course, take it home with you!

🍰 Your Cake Decorating Experience Includes:

✨ A welcome mocktail, tea or coffee✨ Your own 4” Red Velvet cake to decorate and take home✨ Crumb coating and frosting techniques✨ Piping practice using a piping practice sheet and dummy cake✨ Cake setting and finishing techniques✨ Inscription practice — including how to create a handwritten message on your cake✨ Decorative finishing options, including colours, sprinkles and ribbons

💕 More Than Just Cake

The Sweet Gathering is about more than learning how to decorate a cake. It’s an opportunity to step away from the everyday, meet other women, have a laugh and connect.

We’ll split everyone into two groups. While one group takes part in the cake decorating experience, the other group can relax and enjoy the café space, refreshments and activities, including the TV, pool table and seating area.

We’ll then swap groups, so everyone gets to enjoy the full cake decorating experience.

Once both groups have completed their decorating session, we’ll come together to enjoy some games, conversation and a panel discussion — creating space for honest conversations, shared experiences and connection.

You’ll leave with your own beautifully decorated cake, some new decorating skills, and hopefully a few new connections too. 🤎
