THE SUNSHINE SOCIAL - Free Community Day & Breathwork in Hyde Park

Pick up some picky bits from M&S, bring a blanket, your dogs, your kids, your partners, friends - all are welcome, and join us for a Sunshine Souls Community day in Hyde Park.

At 12:30 we will meet at Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park - by the coffee / ice cream hut. But please join our WhatsApp Group (link sent in email confirmation) for the live location on the day and for any support if lost/ sharing pictures at the end of the day! Once we are all together we will move to find a nice spot in the park.

To start off our afternoon right Holly will guide an optional 20minute breathwork for anyone who would like to join. Then we can all dig into our picnic's and spend the afternoon connecting with like minded souls within the community.

Open to everyone, men and women, all ages - you don't need to have previously attended an event of Holly's and The Sunshine Souls before. If you are looking for more community in your life and would like to meet some new people - we would love to have you with us!
