We’re kicking things off in style with The Sunday Run Social ; the first-ever collaboration between DJ duo Soul Circuit, The Lab Cambridge, and some of the city’s most vibrant local run clubs. This isn’t just a run… it’s a full-on Sunday experience.

🏃‍♂️ The Run
Join us for a relaxed and scenic 5K around picturesque Cambridge, starting from Parker’s Piece at 10:00 AM. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just in it for the vibes, this is your space to move, connect, and enjoy the city.

The route has been thoughtfully curated with the help of Sexy Pace Run Club and The Croissant Run Club, so expect good energy, great people, and a smooth flow.

☕ The Social
Finish at The Lab Cambridge, where the post-run magic begins:

• Light bites to refuel
• Fresh coffee & mocktails (and cocktails post 12:00)
• Music from Soul Circuit to bring that Sunday energy!

Then, when the clock hits 12:00 PM… we turn it up.
Cocktails start flowing, the music gets louder, and the Sunday energy shifts into full celebration mode.

🎶 Not Running? No Problem.
You’re still very much part of the experience. The Lab is open from 10:00 AM, so come down, grab a seat, and soak it all in:

• Enjoy delicious bites

Info: Runners met at the central lamp post on Parkers Piece. Not running? No problem - the Lab is also open from 10:00 am so grab your seat, sip on the labs selection of coffees, teas mocktails and more! Nibble on some tasty treats and enjoy the vibe!

Info: The run is a relaxed 5K route - if you are at the Lab to meet your friends after for Sunday celebrations they will typically be arriving from 10:45 onwards!

Info: By 11:00 am soul circuit will be in full swing bringing the tunes! Lite bites are available 10:00-15:00

Info: From Midday day the Lab will also begin offering cocktails, beers wines and other selections of spirits!
