The Sunday Reset: Mindfulness and Crystal Sound Bowl Experience

The Sunday Reset is a mindfulness and crystal sound bowl experience designed to help you slow down, release accumulated stress, and reconnect with yourself before the week begins.

Each session is guided by a skilled sound bowl practitioner who uses crystal singing bowls and gentle mindfulness techniques to support deep relaxation and nervous system restoration. The vibrations of the bowls help quiet mental activity, calm the body, and create a sense of clarity and balance.

This experience is intentionally designed to be simple and accessible. No prior experience with meditation or sound healing is required. You are welcome exactly as you are.

Sessions are held at The Retreat House in the Texas Hill Country and may take place indoors or outdoors, depending on weather and conditions.

What to expect:

• Guided crystal sound bowl experience (approximately 45–60 minutes)
• A peaceful, restorative environment
• Opportunity to slow down and reconnect before the week begins

What to bring:

• Yoga mat or blanket
• Pillow or anything that helps you feel comfortable lying down
• Water
