The Sunday Reset: A Bi-Weekly Healing CircleThere’s something about Sundays… that quiet in-between space where you can either carry the weight of the past week forward or consciously choose to set it down.
The Sunday Reset at Legacy of the Rose – Center for Healing and Enlightenment is a space to do exactly that.
This bi-weekly healing circle blends grounded, evidence-informed practices with gentle spiritual connection. It’s a space to come back into alignment with yourself… emotionally, mentally, and energetically… before stepping into a new week.
Each gathering may include a blend of:
Grounding and guided meditation
Energy awareness and light spiritual reflection
Journaling or intention-setting for the week ahead
Optional sharing in a supportive, nonjudgmental space
Practical tools for emotional regulation and self-awareness
This isn’t about bypassing or pretending everything is fine. It’s about creating space to check in with yourself on a deeper level… to release what you’ve been holding, reconnect with your inner voice, and reset your energy in a way that feels real and sustainable.
This is a trauma-informed space where you are welcome exactly as you are. You can share, or you can simply be present. Both are enough.
Whether your week has felt heavy, disconnected, or just full… this is your time to pause, realign, and step into the next week feeling more grounded, clear, and supported.
