The Sun is fundamental for our existence on Earth, but it is far from a quiet fixture in the sky. Come learn about the Sun's eruptive activity, from solar flares to coronal mass ejections, and discover the results of such powerful events, including beautiful auroral displays that light up our night skies.
We are excited to offer this program both online and in-person. For those that can visit us on-site, doors open at 8:00pm and the program begins at 8:30pm. If the skies are clear, our domes will be open for you to view the night skies through Kopernik’s telescopes both before and after the program.
