Rather than forcing a stretch, somatics teaches you to gently reconnect with your body’s natural wisdom. Through slow, mindful movements, you can retrain patterns of tension and discover a greater sense of freedom, relaxation, and well-being.

🌿This practice invites you to move with awareness rather than effort, allowing the body to unwind, the mind to settle, and the breath to deepen. Through guided exploration, you’ll learn to sense where you’re holding stress, soften habitual patterns, and cultivate presence from the inside out.
🌿Suitable for all bodies and all levels, this somatic practice creates a therapeutic space for healing, self-regulation, and genuine rest. We will end with Yoga Nidra, Sleep Yoga and a sound bath.
🌿I just studied with a teacher and she REVOLUTIONED my understanding of somatics so expect some new movements, new explorations, and NEW tools. I am so excited to share with you all!!
