Join The Mom Walk Co. Pittsburgh for the first event in our brand-new offering, The Summer Series—a monthly wellness experience created to help moms prioritize themselves while making memories with their little ones.
This month's class features a Mommy & Me Strength Workout led by local fitness instructor and mom, Bri Rady.
Reconnect with your core and rebuild strength from the inside out. This community-focused class uses bodyweight and resistance band exercises designed specifically for the prenatal and postpartum journey, helping you improve stability, functional strength, and confidence in movement.
Led by a Prenatal and Postnatal Certified Instructor, you'll move alongside a supportive community where movement and progress is celebrated at every stage. This class will go through a warm up, movements on our feet to accommodate those who would like to baby wear, and then we will take it to the ground to end with core focused moves and a cooldown.
Little ones are welcome to remain beside you, play nearby, or participate however feels natural for your family.
More than a workout, this event is an opportunity to connect with other local moms, enjoy a beautiful summer morning outdoors, and invest in your own well-being.

What to Bring:
• Yoga mat, exercise mat, or blanket
• Water bottle
• Comfortable workout attire (we suggest wearing any shade of blue, black or white)
• Any essentials your little one may need
Who Is This For?
This event is designed for moms with babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and young children (who would be interested in participating alongside mom). Pregnant moms and moms-to-be are also encouraged to join! All fitness levels are welcome, and modifications will be provided as needed. Moms are also welcome to attend without the little ones if you'd like a morning to focus on yourself ❤️

This event will take place outdoors in Highland Park (Pittsburgh, PA). Exact meeting location and event details will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event.
