We are pleased to announce we are hosting a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course at the UUFN. Bill McCracken, of The Delaware Center for Mindfulness, is offering an 8 week course, meeting once per week on Thursdays from 6-8:30 pm starting in July!

William McCracken has been practicing meditation for 30 years. He is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has received MBSR Teacher Certification from the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare, and Society at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. He is a Qualified MBCT Teacher and Teacher-Trainer for Brown University.
In addition to his training in mindfulness, Bill has been a teacher of Zen meditation for 25 years and has trained in the Japanese, Vietnamese and Korean Zen lineages.
