The Summer 60: Rise & Grind (6weeks!)

Participants aim to complete 60 "points" over the course of 6 weeks. Points are earned not just by lifting weights, but through consistency, community engagement, and healthy habits.
🏋️♂️ How to Earn Points!
Instead of a rigid "workout every day" rule (which leads to burnout), here is the menu:
Gym Workout (1 Point): Complete any weight training, cardio, or HIIT session at the gym.
"Beat the Heat" Early Bird (1 Bonus Point): Check in and start your workout before 8:00 AM.
Bring a Buddy (1 Bonus Point): Bring a friend or family member to workout with you.
Try Something New (2 Points): Attend a group fitness class you’ve never taken before.
Challenge (2 Points): Complete the designated healthy habit for that week.. we will post the weekly habit!
Ps! We will also do weigh ins, measurements and pictures for accountability but this is more about those points & staying motivated, and creating those healthy habits.
