The Sugar Smart Circle - Fall 2025Join us for our monthly Diabetes & Prediabetes Support Group (in-person or via zoom), an opportunity to connect with others who understand the challenges of living with or managing blood-sugar concerns. Gain support, education and a strong sense of community in every meeting.
