The Subtle Body - Pranayama Practice with Tim Feldmann

In the intention to understand the mediative mind in greater subtlety, we dive into Ashtanga’s first 2-3 forms of pranayama - Rechaka and Puraka Khumbaka Pranayama and Puraka Rechaka Kumbhaka Pranayama and potentially Nadi Shodana Kumbhaka Pranayama - to help you tune into and further cultivate subtler aspects of your yoga practice. All levels welcome.
