In a supportive environment, you will:

• Explore the journey from boyhood to manhood
• Understand the masks men often wear
• Identify patterns shaping your thoughts and behaviour
• Build a clear internal map based on four core masculine archetypes

You’ll create a practical plan for lasting change, helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.
