Join BODY20 East Cobb for Strong Mama Social, an elevated Mommy & Me experience created for busy moms to reconnect with their bodies, prioritize their wellness and enjoy a beautifully curated morning—with baby included.
Bring your baby in a stroller or car seat for a fun 20-minute strength workout featuring movements that incorporate your stroller or allow your baby to remain comfortably nearby.
Each mom will also receive a personal InBody Healthspan Assessment ($110 value) and a one-on-one review with a BODY20 professional. Explore your body composition, muscle distribution and wellness starting point while identifying opportunities to improve strength, stability, posture and muscular balance.
