About this Event
Join in this conversation and practice emotional regulation and resilience in a safe, fun, and intuitive workshop. Human beings are meant to wobble but NOT break! Too much stress will break our mental and physical health because it activates our fight/flight survival mechanism.
In this one-hour event, you will feel empowered and restored, and potentially feel like moving from protection to connection. Neuroscience tells us that we are our nervous system, constantly dictating how we feel and think. With everything going on around us, let's take our power back by learning about your nervous system and igniting your miraculous superpower of human potentiality. Resilience is both a process and an outcome, and in this workshop, you will feel intrinsically motivated to turn stress into resilience.
Come ready to reset your nervous system, connect, and feel empowered.
About this event: This event will provide you with neuroscience (brain-based) information about how your thoughts and body store unconscious information that influences the way you think and feel, affecting your nervous system and, in turn, your health. You will be invited to practice emotional regulation tools like breathing, moving inward in your body (nothing physically demanding, I promise), and mind, and connecting with your inner language. You will learn about your nervous system through a neuroscience lens as we will discuss childhood experiences and their role in building the blueprint of who you are today. Everything we experience in this workshop will be fun and enlightening. Bring a notebook, a pen, and an open heart.
